Things past and present but all in May 2026

May has been a busy month starting with Toby's Garden Festival at the beginning and it was lovely have fellow printmakers buy things off my stall .

Great to have flowers in my hair again at Toby's Garden Festival and see some familiar faces of other makers.

Totnes Artisan Market is back in full swing in. It is on every second Tuesday of each month in the Civic Hall.

I was pleased to have a selection of my work at TAAG in Teignmouth for their exhibition celebrating Creative Textiles in the South West.

Inspired by all the Bluebells around I made a new stamping block.

Then used it in my new Spring bunting.

On the technology side I am now back on Facebook, thanks to my daughter but had to start a new Instagram page @makerslaneuk please follow me if you can. I have also had to make a video about myself for the Devon artist Network stand at the Bovey Craft Festival and here it is.

The last event in May is this Sunday back at Mothecombe gardens with artist Maggie Smith and potter Kate Miller.
